We are pleased to announce that Michael Saley, PE has joined our Mine Hill, NJ office as Senior Engineer/Project Manager for the Water and Wastewater Group. Michael brings to Sovereign extensive experience in project coordination, managing client relationships, and creating technical proposals and value engineering for various water/ wastewater municipalities. Michael’s hands-on experience in designing and managing construction projects, especially bypass systems and PFAS Filtration Systems, aligns perfectly with our current and future projects. Exciting news! Lucianos-Sovereign Joint Venture (LSJV) was awarded a four-year comprehensive contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District. The LSJV will be tasked with conducting crucial remedial action operations at the Shepley’s Hill Landfill including the operation and maintenance of the groundwater extraction system and arsenic treatment plant at the Former Fort Devens, MA.
